Universities
University of New Brunswick
Founded in 1785, UNB offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in more than 100 disciplines and continuing education in a variety of fields.
Our two campuses are located on the beautiful east coast of Canada, where nature, community and culture all enrich our post-secondary experience.
UNB has a student population of over 10,000 students from more than 100 countries. Our students have the skills and the confidence to manage complexity, think critically and communicate clearly. They are problem solvers and leaders, full participants in a healthy and vibrant democracy. These great students are what make us a leader in not just education, but innovation – UNB is responsible for 70 per cent of all publicly funded research in the province of New Brunswick. We house more than 20 leading research institutes and centres, and over 65 major research laboratories.
